This webinar focuses on Connecticut’s innovative C-PACE program, which enables upfront financing with no capital outlay to cover the costs of energy efficiency improvements on commercial, multifamily and industrial properties. Repaid over an extended period of time (as much as 20 years) via the owner’s property tax bill, C-PACE loans lower operating costs for tenants and positively impact property values for owners.
